The main css file in all wordpress theme is stored in the folder: {theme_folder}/style.css You can use FTP account, edit that file then add your custom css code to the end of this file or navigate to wordpress dashboard > Appearance > Edit then find the style.css file.

When you updated theme but the plugins aren’t updated, you will get this notification in admin panel. You should update all plugins in this notification.
